After an appointment this morning, it was clear that Harry has made very minimal progress with his new Parkinson’s meds, so his doctor referred him to a neurologist. Pat and I agreed with the doctor’s advise that it would be unadvisable for us to proceed on the March 15-25 Israel trip.

So we have cancelled our January trip to Florida, some of the classes in a local church Bible school and our part in the long-awaited Israel trip.

Some have asked for specific prayer requests:
*Pray for wisdom for the neurologist during Harry’s March 14 visit.
*Pray that the medicine (especially the dopamine) will help with tremors, pain and the anxiety that Parkinson’s causes.
*Pray for Dr. Mark Jackson as he leads the Israel trip.
*Pray that Harry will be well enough to attend church. He has not been able for several weeks now and he needs the fellowship with the body of Christ
*Pray for strength for Pat as the caregiver.
