Dear Prayer Partners in Lake Worth,

I’m convinced this is the most beautiful place in the world this time of year.  It has been cool, exciting and challenging summer in NY State.  There have been many opportunities to serve.  Thank you for praying.  I was able to teach a Ladies’ Sunday School class, help in VBS, fill in at the piano, and viist many shut-ins as well as several nursing homes.  It has been good!  There are so many lovely people.

We have been saddened by the failing health of my younger sister, and the "homegoing" of my brother-in-law.  I have been staying in his and my sister’s home.  Truly we have a God of all comfort.

I returned my means of transportation to my son in Ithaca, and prepare to leave for NC, Monday, Oct. 20. It will be good to be home again, though I was glad to be used here.  Thank you so much for praying-cataract surgery went very well in both eyes.  He also removed a leison from my eye-nose area.

Pray much for the election and a revival in America.  Thanks again.
