The Fern Kruse ministry is teaching Bible courses to college students at the University Campus in Ayrshire. Reaching young adults with God’s Word is continuing to bring Him glory by increasing the number of believers on campus.
In Florida, I am kept really busy with great opportunities to serve the Lord through the church’s Prime Timer’s ministries. On the committee, I am teaching ladies Bible study and calling with about 20 prime timers through the “encouragement ministry”. I help in the “new mom’s” ministries called “Morning Break” and the professional women’s outreach dinners. These are all evangelistic, encouragement, and teaching ministries for various groups. It is a joy to see God use and bless these various ways of reaching different folks for Christ.

Dear Friends,
Greetings to all of you from hot & humid Florida! I know you all know of the other dilemma this state is in with the oil spill-makes one think how our dependence is NOT on oil, but as a believer in Christ it is in the Holy Spirit of God.
This Spring has had many blessings and also time of truly by faith trusting God for each step of life, each decision, each ministry. Love having to truly do that, and see Him work His work in marvelous, definite ways.
It has been such a joy to teach the Word in the Bible classes. I just finished teaching the "Life of Christ" which was truly a challenge and blessing to write the material before each class. I just finished another class in selected Psalms – I found it truly rewarding to delve into detail in the Psalms we chose. Now for an eight week session of classes, I’m again working on developing my own outlines and material relating to Bible people including the lives of Bible children, men and women. Most lessons overlap including more than one Bible person due to their life-relationships with one or more persons. The emphasis of this class is not to teach a "Bible story" but in drawing out the principles that are evident in these lives for our own applications. Pray for me as I contine to develop lessons each week.
Healthwise, I’ve evening out pretty well in relation to the Celiac problem I’ve been diagnosed with – all which has to do with a lifetime being on a gluten-free diet and other sources where gluten is found (like the glue on stamps and envelopes!) God was good to help three doctors pinpoint the main symptom of itching on arms and knees.
Homewise (condo) p.ease keep praying for the seeming "moving forward" of the association’s law suit case which has been going on for 2 years.
