The Kintners have been growing a thriving ministry and church. Their youth activity attendance has increased by 25% and the attendance at Sunday school is on the rise.

Dear Ones,
You prayed, and God gave us 18 years in our first work! The First Reg. Bapt. Church of Autazes, organized 22 years ago Sept. 23! We were thrilled to accept the invitation of their celebration, speaking 4 times with tears of joy and like response from the people, Sept. 24 & 25. It was an unbelievable time, our first time back. The pastor, youngest of 6 boys of a couple saved in the work, and oldest son is one of the deacons and all present leaders were children and teens in our work, and now their children – 2nd and 3rd generations were present, The church has been enlarged 3 times, church men built the new benches, educational facility is organized and children, teens and adult ministries continue normally. Our hearts leap with joy! Was it worth tear, sweat, trials? YESSSSSSSS!
So many of the folks in our present work have no foundation in Scripture and do not read the Word daily – they do not know how to "share" blessings from the Word or opportunities God has given to testify, nor how to express requests or pray for requests. This concerns us there is a lack of communication. So we hope to increase our individual Bible studies and ask your specific prayers for their "learning to share" and that we may "not grow weary" in teaching them in the Word.
Pray for Moises, new believer, asked Dave to start Bible study upon our return to Brazil (an answer to prayer); Oseias, (Reg. Bap.) and wife from the Assemblies, both separated from former spouses, are planning to marry, Jose Carlos (fther) and Alfonso (son-in-law), former member so Baptist churches in Manaus, attend irregularly, 4 young men to become involved in God’s work, Neder (15) ran away from home in August, Claudio, saved in June, bus driver with irregular work hour and 2 very small children, hindering church attendance, wife’s salvation? Since Claudio’s decision, 4 girls accepted Jesus in Sunday School and Bible Club, pray for growth.
God provided for our travel to US for Graces’ 50th nursing class reunion in St. Charles, IL. Sept 30 and Oct. 1 what a gathering. 39 of the 59 total were present. Christian girls who have lived and served the Lord.
We request prayer for Vanilda, our only back-up for Bible Club and SS classes who has been ill with serious anemia. She had many exams and was treatin in Autazes and then was transferred to Manaus, Sept. 14. We wait on the Lord for His awesome work.
